A shareholder which is a legal entity may authorize, by resolution of its directors or other governing body, such person as it thinks fit to act as its corporate representative, in accordance with its Constitution.

Where the shareholder is a legal entity, the authorized representative of such shareholder shall sign this accreditation form.
